Dimitri DANILOFF

Barcelone, Spain

"From the beginning of my apartment search, I knew that I could not reconcile visits with a busy schedule – I am constantly travelling.  And I saw my friend who visited 20, 30, 40 apartments, without finding what they were looking for.  What to do?  A friend who had sold her apartment through the intermediary of Christine Pelosse told me about her firm, Homelike Home.  I decided to contact her, and . . .what joy!  Someone who searches for an apartment for you as if she were doing it for herself, but with your specifications.  The first apartment for which I received the description and photos by email corresponded exactly to what I was looking for, but alas the offer did not succeed.  The search advanced rapidly, despite my atypical demand.  Of the dozen apartments presented by email, we bid on 4.  And I found the apartment that I wanted.  It was my first purchase, and I must thank Christine for her help and advice not only during the entire search, but also in the signature and renovation."
