Eric Cecconello

Casablanca, Morocco

"We live abroad, specifically in Casablanca.  We decided to purchase a pied-à-terre in Paris, but following the market long-distance, and entrusting our friends to make the visits was not at all simple.  We decided to call an apartment hunter.  After consulting the internet, we chose Homelike Home, and we have never regretted it.

The initial phase, where we lengthily exchanged with Lara Bel the description of the property we sought, is fundamental.  If this description is well understood, the rest is easier, guided only by the market and by the listings available.

We were particularly attracted by the quality of the visit reports furnished, by the easy of use of the client site, but especially by the advice and commentaries associated with the visit.  Lara provided us with 6 very detailed visit reports (avoiding properties that were not suitable).  When the target was chosen, a friend visited the apartment for us, to corroborate Lara’s analysis, and then we decided.

We signed the contract without having visited the apartment ourselves, a sign of trust in the work provided by Homelike Home."
