"I am used to managing my affairs and am not inclined to trust someone else, I had thought at first that it was up to me to buy the Paris apartment I dreamed of.  I took into consideration the distance and time factors that could slow down my search because I live and work in Morocco, but it seemed to me that my determination in addition to my buying power would help me reach the goal of my assiduous research.  Moreover, I was assured, during my numerous trips to Paris, that the serious agencies I had contacted would rapidly send me listings corresponding to my expectations.  Unfortunately, I received as many lovely promises as deceptions.  The agencies lose interest when a business card is your only one-the-spot representative. You are quickly forgotten, and your apartment really only exists in your dreams.

To increase my efficiency I did daily searches on the internet.  Every day my trusty computer proposed many listings, often interesting ones, sometimes perfectly adequate to my taste and budget.  As soon as my computer saved and printed, my filed grew and my army of friends mobilized in Paris to visit and describe the places they visited, running all over the place in order to rapidly give me the information I was waiting for.

My God!  Only energy spent!  Only wasted trips! Only wasted money and dreams out the window!

When I called Christine Pelosse I had already lost two years in a vain and frenetic search.  I was pleased that she insisted that the specifications sheet be established with rigor.  Mrs. Pelosse was not content to only know your expectations, it was also your personality and history that determined her research.  For five months, with the same enthusiasm, she proposed nearly every day apartments that could please me.  The numerous photos and detailed technical files that accompanied them revealed the truth about the places visited.  I could only give her my full trust.

In the end, it was without even visiting that I contracted and bought the ideal apartment that I had waited so long for.  The trust that was established between Mrs. Pelosse and me allowed me to decide without seeing and visiting other than via the many photos of the apartment I would buy.  I did not travel except to confirm that I had made a good choice and that I could within an hour sign the contract that was the purpose of my trip."
