Claude-Annie and Michel BELAS

Nantes, France

"Living outside of Paris for 15 years, we wished to benefit once again from what Paris has to offer and our plan was to find a pied-à-terre more pleasant and welcoming than the standard hotel room.  We wanted this project to succeed.  With insufficient time, no links with real estate professionals in the capital, no idea of what the budget would be for the 50 m2 we decided upon, it would have been better to give up.

Fortunately, Christine Pelosse was there.  From the first meeting, we were overcome with confidence, serene, we could completely delegate this step that was still very personal.

A real estate agent seeks to sell a property.  With Christine Pelosse, it wasn’t a commercial relationship what was established, because Christine searches first of all to know her client and to satisfy the demand she is given, she searches for him, visits in his place, and knows to ask the right questions.

We met Christine in mid-June and the following week we found the property that suited our needs.  A pied-à-terre we never could have hoped for, entirely renovated with a terrace in the Champs Elysées area.  What else to say!"
